Now is the time to walk with God in the Spirit, meditating day and night on His Ways;
it is not the time to walk in the flesh agonizing and worrying about your own ways
and difficulties.

but when you think on your own things your heart will be filled with anxiety and stress;
therefore, begin each day anew, dying to yourself,
forgetting yesterday's problems and and forgiving yesterday's offences.

good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose.
