Jesus therefore is our Passover Lamb

Open wide the gate of salvation and declare for all to hear the gospel of hope, the words of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ.

His words are truth and His words are life.
His words have the power to bring life everlasting to all who believe.

As Jesus said, "Everyone therefore who hears these my words and acts upon them, shall be likened to a wise man who built his house on rock."
Brethren, because Jesus' words are life, they have the power to bring life to all who apply them to the door posts of their hearts.

Because Jesus, the Lamb of God, sealed His words by His blood on the cross, than the blood of the Lamb of God is applied to the door posts of our hearts and when the angel of death sees the blood on the door posts of our hearts he will pass over.
Jesus therefore is our Passover Lamb.
